poems for Boy's Quest
« on: February 23, 2007, 04:38 PM »

Does anyone know if 28 lines is too long for a poem for Boy's Quest? I can't info on their criteria.

Thanks,                (also, I can't seem to find their themes)

I've always kept mine under 20 lines, Carole, and I've had a few accepted with Boys' Quest.

I have an old copy of Hopscotch here ('03), and there's a 48-line poem. You might e-mail and ask if they have a line limit.

Thanks, mine is, obviously, 28 lines and I don't really want to shorten it.

The guidelines give story word count, but not poems. Yes, maybe I will email them.
