DNS Changer Malware

Does anyone understand what we should be doing about this? I checked my computer on the one website, but it says that if you have the virus that it could be giving you a false reading anyway?????

If you have a firewall and antivirus software on your computer, most likely you really are okay. I imagine it really would be a pain to debug your computer from this one.
