WHEN A DRAGON MOVES IN has been selected as one of five finalists for the Library of Virginia's Whitney and Scott Cardozo Award for Children’s Literature!

Jodi, I have to tell you that we got your book out from the library several weeks ago, and my daugher (3.5) wants to read it almost EVERY DAY. She loves it! Luckily, it holds up well to repeated rereadings.  :yup

Also, the illustrator did such a brilliant job of showing how the dragon could exist but still be imaginary. I love that concept.

I hope you win the award! I'm sure it is one of MANY to come.
