It looks wonderful! Professional, colorful, and informative.

However... I have to say, having the navigation on the right is not standard. I haven't read about website usability in a long time, but it's my understanding that the main navigation should really be at the top or on the left. That's the way people are used to seeing it and it also ensures the navigation will appear even if someone is using a small screen. Also, no need to write "Main Navigation" above the navigation. Those are my only tiny nits.
