We got to see the world-famous Chinese acrobats in person while in Beijing. They were incredible!
They took us on tours of many different factories in China. We saw how Cloisonne is hand-made...
We visited the Pearl Farm and saw pearls in an oyster shell that were 5 years old.
We saw how their tea is hand dried on a Tea Farm.
We got to see how silk was made from the silk cocoons.
The silk factory showroom was incredible. I only wished I'd had enough money to buy some of the incredibly beautiful products. (I did manage to squeeze enough out of our budget to come home with three GORGEOUS pieces of material to sew a nightie and a top or dress for myself, though.)
